    • If you don't send enough, that is OK.Just send the remainder to the provided address and CoinPayments will combine them for you. You can also send from multiple wallets/accounts.

    • Select Settings
    • In General Tab
      • Details is as per registration details
      • Set up a Pin
      • Upload a Picture
      • Click on Save
    • In Payment Tab
      • Paste your preferable Wallet/s
      • Click Save
      • A Confirm payout address change email will be send with a security code
      • Enter this code and save
    • In Verification Tab
      • Upload your ID/Drivers/Passport OR Proof of Residence (less than 3 months old)
      • Max image size is 2500x1500px. You can also upload pdf files.
    • In Preferences Tab
      • Click on your preferred settings and Save

  • How can I change my picture?

    • Avatar dimensions must be equal or lower than 1000x1000px

  • How do I set up 2FA Authenication?

  • I do not want to receive marketing emails from Finalmente?

    • Go to settings
    • Under the Preferences tab, tick the relevant box
    • Download the application on to your phone using the app store

    • Under the Preferences tab, tick the box “Do not publish my information”

  • Why do I need to submit my documents?

    • This is used for KYC (Know Your Client) and is similar to FICA
    • This ensures that Finalmente knows who you are
    • It eliminates and identifies scammers

  • How do I upload my documents for KYC?

    • Go to settings
    • Upload your document under the Verification tab
